Se aprovecharon al máximo la luz natural y las visuales del entorno urbano mediante el planteo de un nuevo esquema funcional de la casa.
The natural light and the visuals of the urban environment were maximazed by proposing a new funcional scheme of the house.
Se reutilizo el 100% de la estructura preexistente y un 80% de los demás materiales se recuperaron para conformar revestimientos, estructuras, instalaciones, etc.
100% of the pre-existing structure was reused and 80% of the other materials were recovered to form coverings, new structures, installations, etc.
