Remodeling work and expansion of a house in Country Club los Cardales
Se mantuvo el esquema funcional de la casa pero se optimizo mediante algunos cambios en la configuración de la vivienda la relación de los espacios interiores y exteriores, de forma tal que el paisaje se integra naturalmente a las vivencias del hogar.
The funcional scheme of the house was kept but the relationship between the interior and exterior spaces was optimized through some changes in the housing project so that the landscape is naturally integrated into the experiences of the home.
En cuanto a la materialidad se buscó un equilibrio entre el ladrillo visto y la madera de la construcción original con el vidrio y los revestimientos blancos propuestos para los sectores que se incorporaron o los que fueron remodelados.
In terms of materiality, a balance was sought between the bricks´s walls and the wood surfaces of the original construction with the glass and the white coverings used for the new areas or those that were renewed.
Esta interacción de ambos lenguajes modernizo y resalto la estructura existente de la casa.
This interaction of both languages modernized and highlighted the existing structure of the house.
